The customer service team is very attentive and responsive so enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. once I received the credit card machine I was up and running within minutes. I am using a Verifone terminal which is very simple and intuitive to use. I take my mobile terminal to my 3 London clinics and at events which has made my life much easier as clients may not be carrying cash or their cheque book with them. I am also saving time as I used to queue at the bank to make deposits; now all transactions are transferred to my business account electronically.
