All terminals provided by XLN CPS are supplied with a comprehensive support package for your merchant services solution which includes a dedicated helpdesk service. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with your terminal which cannot be rectified remotely, a replacement terminal will be provided promtly to minimise potential disruption to your business.

Monday to Sunday, 365 days a year, 8am to midnight
VeriFone Terminals:
Monday to Friday (business days) - 8am to 11pm
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas Day) - 9am to 5pm
Ingenico Terminals:
Monday to Friday (business days) - 8am to 8pm
Saturday - 9am to 6pm
Sundays and Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas Day) - 9am to 4pm
