  1. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply, at our discretion, any goods ordered by you or to cancel any order in part or in its entirety.
  2. The Company will endeavour to despatch all orders within two working days. However, if the product ordered is not in stock, despatch may take longer. If delivery has not been made withing 28 days, you may cancel the order and a full refund will be made.
  3. If you are not happy with any of the products you have purchased, please return them within 14 days to the Company and a full refund will be issued. Refunds are subject to the products being returned in an unused condition complete with all original packaging and accessories.
  4. If, for any reason, you are issued with a refund, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order. In the event that the refund is issued to a credit card, please allow up to 10 working days for the credit to arrive in your account.
